Surgical Kit
Long-lasting use thanks to corrosion resistance and hardness level
VenusCon® Surgical Kit Features
Premium-Grade Material and Corrosion Resistance
VenüsCon® Surgical Kits are crafted from one of the most preferred materials in the sector, known for its outstanding corrosion resistance and hardness. Commonly used in drills and adapters, it ensures long-lasting performance in clinical practice. The material also offers superior biocompatibility and a lightweight structure, which supports ease of handling and patient comfort. All instruments are designed to withstand autoclave sterilization at temperatures ranging from 121°C to 134°C. Special surface coatings protect the kit components from deformation, even after repeated cycles. Recognizing that different clinics may employ various sterilization protocols, our kits are also resistant to peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and high temperatures, offering users a broad range of sterilization options. To minimize bacterial adherence, each instrument undergoes a smoothing process that significantly reduces cleaning and disinfection time. Additionally, the VenüsCon® surgical kit features a modular structure, allowing critical parts to be easily disassembled for thorough individual cleaning. This streamlined approach supports strict infection control standards and extends instrument longevity.
Advanced Surface Coating Technology
Our specialized coating technology minimizes the risk of rust or discoloration—even after numerous sterilization cycles. Each component is individually calibrated and rigorously tested during production to ensure consistent quality and precision. To accommodate various implant diameters and lengths, we provide color-coded drills that simplify and accelerate instrument selection during surgery. The step-by-step drilling sequence applies less trauma to bone tissue and helps reduce complications. Unlike many complex surgical sets in the market, VenüsCon® kits feature an intuitive layout that’s immediately understandable. A durable polycarbonate lid safeguards the instruments while allowing closed-environment sterilization during transport.
Ergonomics and Stability
Rubberized bases or fixation systems keep the kit secure on the operating table, enhancing safety by preventing slips. The design also minimizes glare under direct operating lights, reducing eye fatigue and improving visibility. In collaboration with ergonomic experts, we refined both color-coding and drill grip design to ensure smooth turning and handling, ultimately minimizing practitioner fatigue during longer procedures.
Drill Types
Pilot Drills
Sharp-tipped guide drills that enable precise angulation and orientation.Expander Drills
Gradually enlarge the osteotomy diameter based on bone density, reducing trauma to the surrounding tissue.Apical Cutting Drills
Specifically designed for hard cortical bone, offering efficient cutting and penetration.Sinus Lifting Drills
Special tip geometry engineered for elevating or modifying the sinus floor during sinus lift procedures.Trephine Drills
Cylindrical cutting burs used for harvesting bone or preserving soft tissue when needed.Parallel Pins (Orientation Pins)
Critical for maintaining correct angulation and alignment when placing multiple implants in a single case.
Each drill is laser-etched with diameter and depth markings that remain visible over time, ensuring lasting accuracy for measurement and orientation.
